Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law where that law applies.

Among other requirements, products must meet applicable consumer guarantees concerning matters such as acceptable quality, fitness for disclosed purposes and correspondence with descriptions.

The remedy available when a consumer guarantee is not met depends on the circumstances and whether the problem is major or minor.

Nothing contained in Dazzle Jewellery’s policies is intended to exclude, restrict or modify rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
